Karen Redfern was so inspired by all the creativity of the Isle of Skye makers that she decided to publish a high-quality magazine to celebrate and share their passions, skills and life stories.
Bringing together all her own creative skills Karen has produced a beautifully tactile and visual magazine that will be treasured. With no advertising the magazine could be described more as a book, entirely focusing on the features of the Skye Makers.

Inspired by the landscape and culture of the Isle of Skye, Indigo Berry jewellery, greetings cards and handcrafted gifts are all made on the island by the artist Michelle Seviour.

All our pots are made in our workshop in Uig which is just at the end of the A87 by the ferry terminal.
We make stoneware pots for every day use in and around the home and decorate them with bright, attractive colours and designs including some of local landscapes and wild life. We also have a Celtic knotwork range including quaichs. The workshop is open plan so you can see us and speak to us while we work.
