Located by the shore overlooking Uig Bay. The cottage enjoys wonderful views of the Ascrib Islands, the Waternish peninsula and on a clear day the Outer Hebrides. From the cottage you can spend hours watching both wildlife and the coming and going of the fishing boats and the ferry. If you are lucky, you may spot the otters that fish just in front of the house.

Located only 8 miles from Portree, it has a secluded loch-side location, with private terrace and rocky shore, and the wildlife can include sea-eagles and otters. Free Wi-Fi, but sadly no pets permitted. The Boathouse has been the romantic scene for engagements, honeymoons and anniversaries and some guests return regularly. Although having full underfloor heating, a log stove offers extra cosy evenings.
