Trotternish Hotels

The Ferry Inn is a cosy, coastal & chic 19th century island inn.
You can find us handily located in the pretty fishing village of Uig, in the north of Skye on the incredible Trotternish Peninsula. With three stylish & luxurious rooms, a fun, lively bar & a wonderful restaurant with a focus on small plates of lovely local produce, our family run Inn is the ideal spot for you to stay on your Isle of Skye adventure.

At the foot of the Quiraing overlooking the ocean lies Isle of Skye’s vibrant Flodigarry Estate.
Set in a magnificent Victorian house, our hotel is an experience as enigmatic as it is intimate. The Estate has a rich history and is home to Flora MacDonald’s Cottage which was built in 1745, and the Dun Flodigarry Broch, dating back to Iron Age 550BC.

Our family run hotel is located in the village of Uig on the Trotternish peninsula on Skye.
Uig Hotel makes a great base to stay when exploring the Island. Uig is conveniently located by the ferry terminal to the Outer Isles, allowing you to visit Uist and Harris. We have rooms to suit all requirements, all comfortably furnished and en-suite.
We would love to welcome you for your next stay on Skye.
