The inner dining room has a beautiful open fireplace and the south facing conservatory overlooking the gardens. The food is of a Scottish contemporary style using the best of produce available and in season. The Head Chef uses local produce from Skye and the Highlands of Scotland to whet your appetite after a busy day exploring the island.
