The Lodge

The Lodge Hotel was built in c.1543. Reputed to be the oldest coaching inn on Skye. It still offers a warm welcome to residents and non-residents. Bar food and restaurant food served year round. Bookings recommended for the restaurant. The hotel is ideally situated for touring north-west Skye or for extended trips around the whole island. Best local produce is used in our kitchen, including local venison, shellfish, salads and home baking. Tours and guides can be arranged on request.

Greshornish House Hotel

Greshornish House Hotel is a friendly, family-run hotel set in 10 acres of beautiful secluded grounds with croquet lawn and tennis court, on the tranquil shores of Loch Greshornish, between Dunvegan and Portree.

Ideally placed for exploring the whole island.

Non-resident guests, whether visitors staying in B"Bs and self-catering cottages, or local residents, are more than welcome to visit the hotel for coffees, teas, and light lunches; bookings are advised for evening meals in the restaurant.

Auchendinny Guest House - Treaslane

Auchendinny is a spacious Bungalow with a peaceful loch side location, comprising of 5 guest rooms. All rooms have en-suite with colour tv and Tea/Coffee making facilities. Hair dryers are also available. There is a guest tv lounge and large dining room with wonderful views over Loch Snizort. Ideal for bird watching.

Ashaig - Kildonan

Ashaig provides en suite Bed & Breakfast accommodation in 3 rooms in a comfortable, spacious bungalow set in its own level grounds with onsite parking in an elevated position, overlooking Loch Greshornish. Superb views across the Minch towards the distant Western Isles. Noted for its stunning sunsets and starlit nights. The Northern Lights are often seen in spring and autumn. Open all year. Evening meal optional.

Colgrain Cottage

Colgrain is a beautifully appointed house suitable for 8/9 with views down to Loch Greshornish. Spacious lounge with TV/DVD. Lovely dining room with patio doors.

A family room provides additional accommodation with bespoke sofa bed convertible into a double bed. Upstairs there is a king size bedded room (en-suite), one room with a super king sized bed or two singles and one with bunk/twin beds. There is also a family bathroom.

Well equipped kitchen, and a utility room with laundry facilities.
